Requires settings.write. Stores one body for one locale.
One locale at a time, deliberately: rewriting the English expiry warning decides nothing about the Russian one, and a document-shaped save would let this screen overwrite a translation somebody else was working on.
Refused with 422 when the body names a value the notice does not carry, uses markup Telegram does not accept, contains a stray <, links to anything but https, is blank, or exceeds 2000 characters. Every one of those would otherwise become a message that fails or looks broken at the customer, hours later, with nobody watching.
Values are named — {days}, {plan}, {until} — rather than format verbs. A %d that meets a string prints %!d(string=Pro) and does not fail, which is exactly the outcome an operator cannot be asked to guard against.
